  So get this my girlfriend was flying to Edmonton to see me but I am posted to the military base in wainwright so i needed to rent a car for the weekend to drive up to Edmonton so i booked a car for the Friday she was flying up till the Sunday and i even called them in advance to make sure they had my car and they said yes so on the Friday i went there to get my car but when i got there my car was not there! and when i asked to talk to a manager they wouldn't let me so i called the hot line they wouldn't help me get a new car from out of town and they would put me on hold or transfer me to a line with no one there i had to pay my buddy 150$ to drive me there i do not think this is a way to treat costumers i never got a sorry to im unimpressed and not im only going with enterprise

  I asked for a number to call to complain, and she gave me one that I waited for 15 minutes, and then was forced to left a voicemail with my name and number for a callback.

  Called again on 25 April 17, and customer service representative told me that they will not be renting me a vehicle because they have none available. I asked why they did not contact me... and the lady said she doesn't bother to check the bookings.

  Booked through discount car.com and recieved a confirmation email and number on 12 April 17. Rental vehicle booked for 3 to 5 May.
