  If t was possibly I'd give them a 0. Have been waiting 2 months for dean the service rep to do a piece of paper so I can return my washer to the brick. Every time I call he's never there(go figure) his mother who answers the phone says she's called GE yet the manager at GE has yet to hear anything about my washer. All he has to do it fill out a piece of paper yet that is to difficult for him to do. I'm new to town and since having to deal with dean 2 months ago have heard nothing but awful things about how he hides from clients and doesn't do the jobs he was asked to do.

  Have called and asked for repair numerous times to get ignored, also times of operation seem to be “ when we feel like it”
